Refund & Return Policy

At Emporia Tiles & Bathroom, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality tiles, bathroom products, and reliable service. However, due to the nature of our products, we strongly advise customers to read and understand the following Refund and Return Policy before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• Products must be in original, unopened, and resalable condition

• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

• Returns are only accepted with a valid proof of purchase

• Returns must be pre-authorised by contacting our team

Returns Not Accepted For:

• Opened or partially used boxes of tiles

• Custom orders, special finishes, or bespoke products

• Clearance or sale items

• Adhesives, grouts, sealants, or any consumables

• Products damaged due to incorrect installation or handling

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days upon receiving approved returned goods.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only

• Restocking charges (typically 20%) may apply

• Delivery charges are non-refundable

• We do not cover return courier costs

Tile Variations

Tiles are a natural or manufactured product and may exhibit slight variations in shade, tone, or texture between batches. We are not liable for:

• Shade variations between sample and final product

• Tiles laid or installed prior to inspection

• Orders not matching due to separate batch codes

Please ensure your tiles are checked and approved prior to installation.

Damages & Delivery Issues

You must inspect goods upon delivery and notify us of any visible damages within 48 hours.

• Claims made after this window may not be honoured

• For visible pallet damage, please sign “damaged” with the courier

• Photographic evidence will be required for claims

Installation Disclaimer

Emporia Tiles & Bathroom is not responsible for any damage, loss, or defect resulting from:

• Incorrect installation practices

• Use of unsuitable adhesives, tools, or methods

• Incompatibility with underfloor heating or substrates

We recommend using qualified installers. Installation of a product is deemed as acceptance.
